Advertising rates for SJYardSales.com General Placement All communities, randomly appearing: 1 month $13 6 months $65 ($12/mo recurring) 1 year $110 ($10/mo recurring) Dedicated Placement Guaranteed placement for one community: 1 month $25 6 months $125 ($23/mo recurring) 1 year $200 ($20/mo recurring) Ads will appear randomly, frequency dependent on total number of ads. You may purchase additional spots to increase your exposure. You may also purchase a Dedicated Placement, which is a guaranteed placement on a particular community (these also go into the pool of random ads). These appear when someone chooses a particular community to find yard sales. Ads will be limited to approx. 20 words of text or 16 words and one small graphic. We will put the ads together for you. Ads may contain links to other sites, but if you would like us to create a separate page for you to link to (anything from a coupon to a complete website) we will discuss that separately. The rate for web development is $75/hr. Payment options You may pay in advance via check or credit card, or pay monthly with a credit card on an recurring basis. Recurring billing is based on a 6 month or one year commitment, and the recurring rates are indicated in parenthesis.
